Matters Arising:

No news yet on our contribution towards cost of coppicing conifers from Mosaic Homes.

Signs for gates “Gate must be kept locked at all times” have arrived and will be put up.

Wood has been delivered for IBC shelter.

Rosedale Road Report:

Manure and chippings are on site. Possibility of combination locks for gates still being investigated  – not as easy as we thought. 1 plot holder is giving up, due to ill health. £30 left from scrap money – will be used for manure etc. One of the posts on the handrail at Boscombe end is broken, we have a couple of spares which will be used, but after this the hand rail will be taken down as the posts break. M. Jay will attempt to remove the concrete fence at the back of his plot as it is in a dangerous state.

Any spare plants/tubers will be appreciated for planting on site plot for sale at open days. Please leave them by the wheelie bin. – Thank you

Bull Meadow Report:

Chippings needed.

Treasurer’s Report:

Balance £4.614.68    Raffle Raised £14 (Well done Sheila)

A.O.B:

Thanks go to Sue, Mick, Kevin, Les, and Andrew for their work at Bull Meadow (work party)

There was no objection raised to the suggestion that there is a container for tins etc for the Food Bank at Smiths’s sale days (dates to be confirmed) It was also suggested that any produce left over from open day can be taken to the Food Bank.

Water on both sites will be turned on – on 1st April. – Please use wisely.
