Rosedale Road and Bull Meadow Allotment Association holds its Annual General Meeting in October each year. Other than in exceptional circumstances, Members have to attend the meeting in order to cast votes and express opinions. Association constitution and financial changes can only be made at the AGM with Members voting.

Any items for the agenda must be sent to Sharon Walsh (Secretary) at walshfamily212@btinternet.com by 27th September. Only items on the agenda will be discussed, there will not be Any Other Business.

The minutes from the 2023 AGM will be emailed with the 2024 AGM agenda on Friday 4th October

The AGM will be followed by the ANNUAL COMPETITION:

1. Best vegetable grown above ground (up to three of same kind)
2. Best vegetable grown underground (up to three of same kind)
3. Best conserve, jam, chutney, relish, pickle made from home-grown or plot-grown produce.

Everyone who attends the AGM will vote for their favourite in each category.

The Most Improved Plot winner for 2024 will also be announced.
