ROSEDALE ROAD & BULL MEADOW ALLOTMENT ASSOCIATION.

Matters arising:
Little Thurrock School Fete will take place on 2nd July. 12 noon. The theme is to be home-made soup. A.Klecha (Asparagus) C. Cheeseman (Onion) K. Walsh (Tomato) C.Robertson (Mixed veg). A. Collins (Mixed veg.) If anyone else would like to make some soup, please let Andrew know. We would like to charge a nominal fee per cup.
If any member has surplus veggies or plants to donate, or raffle prizes. Please see Keith or Alan.
Rosedale Road:
Water meter reading 751 units. Prickly bushes have been completed at northern edge. Chipping needed. Also manure.
Bull Meadow:
Keith and Alan repaired BBQ drum. £20 for manure (27.04.11)
Metal gates damaged by unknown persons. Fire caused damage to shrub land at un-used part of Bull Meadow Site.
Treasuer’s Report:
Balance at 10.06.2011. £2830.14.
A.O.B.:
Secretary wrote to K.Alabaster regarding state of her plot. No reply has been received.
Site inspections will take place before the end of June. Please make sure South side paths are clear and weeds are not seeding on your plot. Any member not working their plot risks not having their agreement re-newed.
Sheila Cheeseman is to be advised a.s.a.p of the site rental increases for 2011/2012.
No raffle.
Hopefully one or more BBQs will be arranged on site. Dates to be advised.
