Matters arising: None
Rosedale Road Report:
Manure and woodchip needed. Boscombe end strimmed by site managers. No break-ins during the summer. Several plots or half plots are to be given up and will be re-let. Phone call will be made to P. Williams regarding his plot which has not been worked owing to his accident.

Bull Meadow Report:
Second lot of manure has gone.

Priest asked on behalf of Little Thurrock School if it would be possible to have groups of 10 children visit the allotment site twice a year. This will be discussed at the A.G.M
Also to be discussed at the A.G.M. is the raising of the cost per rod and raising the deposit on keys.
